Policies
Special Orders & Deposits:
All special orders are required to pay 30% deposit on their order. We ask that you pick-up your special order item in the store within 5 days of receiving notice it is in stock. If this is not possible, please arrange to have it picked up as soon as possible. If you have not picked up your item in the store within 10 days the item will become part of our regular inventory and will be available for purchase by all customers. You will receive your deposit, minus a 10% stocking fee.
Once a special order is paid for and picked up or shipped, it is a FINAL SALE.
Orders to Remote areas:
Shipping costs and return times may vary for remote communities in Northern parts of Canada. Please contact us to discuss your location.
Returns:
Items
may be returned to us within 15 days of purchase. Please ensure you
have contacted us prior to this date, and that your package is mailed
back to us and date stamped within the 15 days.
If
you wish to return an item, please contact us BEFORE returning your
item so we may discuss with you the reasons for the return. We do not
pay for shipping on returned items, unless there was an error in
processing your order. The cost of shipping the order to you is
non-refundable (not what you were charged, but the actual cost to ship
it to you). You will receive a refund on the credit card used to pay
for the order, minus shipping and the 10% restocking fee. The 10%
restocking fee may be waived if you place a new order prior to us
receiving the returned order.
We will not accept returns or exchange on any of the following:
- Skin care & personal products: soaps, salves, bath products, drinking bottles, lunch kits
- Washed or worn products
- Washed diapers or diapers with any staining, strong odour or lint
- All SALE items are final sale.
Exchanges:
You
may exchange the same product for a different colour or size on unused,
unwashed items with original packaging and tags within 15 days of
purchase. Shipping expenses are non-refundable, and the customer must
pay shipping on the new product. The customer incurs all shipping
costs.

Defective Items:
For
any item with a defect, please contact us immediately and we will
assist you in contacting the manufacturer. Each manufacturer will deal
with defective merchandise differently, but our goal is to make it as
easy as possible for you. You can reach us by email or phone with your
