We have 30 days return policy for our products. We accept Exchange or Return if the product you received a wrong model damaged product caused by us.
If you wish to return an item purchase from Bugaboobabyandyou please follow the instructions below within 7 days of delivery(if received damaged). Damaged can not be accepted after 7 days and will be consider as used.
Pack the item(s) securely in the original product packaging. All items must be returned in same condition as received.

Step 1: Tell us what you want to return
- If you wish to return an item purchase from bugaboobabyandyou.com please follow the instructions below within 7 days of delivery.
- Go to ‘Orders & Returns’ if you have an account. You’ll need to provide your order reference and email address.
- Find the order you want to return and click ‘Return item(s)’.
- Select each item and your reason for returning(we do 10% restocking fees).
Step 2: Wrap it up
- Place each item you’re returning with all original packaging inside the Bugaboobabyandyou box.
- Prepare your package by attaching your return label to the outside of your Bugaboobabyandyou box.
Step 3: Send it back to Bugaboobabyandyou
To be sure the Product arrives in its original condition, package and ship it using the label and instructions
If you’re returning multiple items, package and ship each item separately (unless otherwise specified). We will send you return address.
Pack the item(s) securely in the original product packaging. All items must be returned in good condition.
- Customers must first send a clear photo or video of the damaged or defective product and the shipping packaging before we can consider issuing RMA authorization. Please use good lighting, and a close to medium distance, so we can identify and verify the issue(s). Attachment size must be under 10MB for the Support Team.
- After Bugaboobabyandyou has received the returned product and confirmed the product is faulty, the return shipping cost will be refunded based on a valid return receipt. For example if the return shipping fee is 30 USD, Bugaboobabyandyou will refund the same amount of 30 USD to the customer. If our technical team determines the item is not DOA , Bugaboobabyandyou will not compensate the return shipping fee. Refund requests for a return shipping fee without a valid RMA return receipt slip will not be accepted.
- Product returns must be via one of bugaboobabyandyou.com approved shipping methods; our support team can provide you with further details.
- Personalized or other customized products may not be returned for refund or exchange under any circumstances. Because they are made only for you. Custom items also take 3 weeks to make.
We will not accept returns/refunds/exchange if you simply change your mind about your order or “better price found”, “changed mind,” “does not fit,” “no longer needed,” and “ordered wrong item”
Customers have to bear charges for shipping back the item to us. Shipping and Handling costs and other charges are non-refundable. We cannot accept COD deliveries.
- You must provide the correct Return Tracking number when filing the Return Form in order to get your return successfully processed.
- Once the Fulfillment center has received and inspected your return (Usually within 72 hours of receipt), you will receive an email confirmation that your return is completed. In case of a refund, it will be issued within 7 days. Please note, depending on your financial institution it may take an additional 2-10 business days for the credit to post to your account
- 10% Restocking fee will apply
Once we have received and inspected your return (usually within 72 hours of receipt), your exchange order will be processed and delivered to you within the next 15 business days. In case of a refund, it will be issued within 7 business days and you will receive an email confirmation that your return is completed. Refunds will be made onto the original mode of payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days depends on the issuing bank of the credit card.

1. Shipping fees to return the items are at the customer’s own expense.
2. Please consult your local post office to confirm the actual return shipping fee. We advise you use the cheapest registered airmail method that is available.
